Makeup artist Tiana proudly serves Tampa, Florida and is available to travel out-of-state and international for assignments. Travel fees are included in rates, up to 15 miles (round trip) from zip code 33605 in Tampa, Florida. There will be an additional fee added for travel expenses outside of this area. All tolls, parking, or valet fees incurred are the client’s responsibility and will be added to the overall end balance, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Hotel accommodations are required in certain special circumstances (i.e. start time is before 7am, travel is over 50 miles). These special arrangements will be disclosed prior to the contract being signed. In situations where hotel accommodations are applicable, it is the client’s responsibility to reserve and secure all arrangements for the artist in advance. The client must also provide all information regarding artist hotel accommodations to the artist no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
An Early Morning fee of $50 per hour for each hour prior to 8am will be added when applicable.
An Hourly Rate of $50 per hour is applied in any situation where the artist is kept on location for time outside of allotted service time.
A Holiday Service Fee of 15% will be added to all services booked on major holidays (includes New Years Eve & Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day).
Cleaning and Hygiene
Clients receiving makeup services must have a clean face at time of service. It is acceptable for client to apply personal skin care products of their choice prior to application. Preexisting makeup or lashes must be removed from client’s face by client prior to service.
